MASTERS SWIMMING ONTARIO
The Arnprior Greyfish Masters Swim Club is a member of Masters Swimming Ontario (MSO).
Masters Swimming Ontario provides resources and information on swim meets and events, meet results, and Ontario records. They also have a program to encourage fitness and workout tracking called the MEGAmetres Challenge.
